Paulo Lafeta is a game development leader, Co-founder of Flipstar Game Studio and Crossforge Interactive, and a founding team member of Camouflaj, the studio behind République and Iron Man VR, later acquired by Meta. He holds an MSc in Computer Science from DigiPen Institute of Technology and brings over 18 years of experience spanning game development, technical leadership, and production. Paulo has worked across mobile, web, PC, and consoles, collaborating with teams in Brazil, the United States, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
