Carolina Caravana is graduated in Arts and Education (EBA/UFRJ) and is a partner and producer at Aiyra, a game development studio from Niterói - Rio de Janeiro. She has been working with games and technology since 2009 and has worked in several roles in game development. She also contributed to the training of dozens of industry professionals and helped found the Abragames Diversity Council. She is currently vice president of Abragames (Brazil Game Development Association) 2021-2023.
