How do I set up my profile?
You can set your profile up as soon as you fill in your email, password and personal information. Once that is done the system will ask you to fill in your company information.
Your company profile will be the window to your possible negotiators, so it is important to be as detailed as possible. Preferably, set up your profiles in English, in consideration of the international companies that use the tool.
Someone from my company has already signed up by paying/using a discount coupon. Do I need to create a profile for myself if I want to access the business meetings?
The pass which gives access to the business meetings is personal and non-transferable. If more members of the company wish to schedule meetings and access the Business area, they must also register in the system and pay for a new pass.
How do I schedule meetings with other companies?
Click the "Companies" tab, search for the name which you are interested and then click "Invite to the meeting".
On the next screen select the people you want to invite, and then select a time and day for your meeting. If it's an on-site meeting, the platform will inform a table number for you (if you have a B2B booth, please check more information below). If it's an online meeting, the meeting “location” will be set to your preferred video conference platform link, which you can set on your profile.
Once that is done, your invitation will be sent.
How do I send a message to another company or check messages already exchanged with the companies I contacted?
Access the "Companies" tab, search for the desired company and click "Send Message". You can also access your messages history and send new messages using the Messages page, available on the top menu.
How do I book a seat at a content session or other activity?
To book a seat at a content session or activity, you need to have a pass that offers this possibility. Check the pass that you have here. The reservation is valid up to 10 minutes before the beginning of the activity. The limit for booking activities is described in the features of each pass. If you want to cancel your reservation, just go to your calendar and delete it or go back to the panel that you have booked and click again on the button.
Where will gamescom latam be held in 2025?
Gamescom latam will happen physically and online at the same time! The in-person festival will take place at Distrito Anhembi.

If you already have access to the meetings platform, just go to the accreditation area exclusive to B2B with a physical document with a picture and pick up your credential, which will be valid for all days. The accreditation will be open from 9:30am.
