Founder of Mundo Livre Digital, Rita D’Andrea has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá, with a postgraduate degree in Finance from FGV, Marketing from ESPM and Digital Law from FIA. She started her career as a support analyst, going through product marketing, pre-sales, sales, reaching the Director of Sales, and Country Manager, at companies such as NEC, Nortel and HP Enterprise. Always curious and entrepreneurial, she opened companies in the segments of Brazilian art, technology consulting, software development and food. After 32 years working in high-tech companies, she decided to create her own to be able to translate the technology into an effective benefit to the business. Mundo Livre Digital, founded in Brazil in 2019 and with a subsidiary in the United Kingdom, has as main motivation to combine cloud technologies of customer service and artificial intelligence, in order to facilitate human life, and offer better customer experience.
