He has a Master's degree in Political Philosophy and is a lawyer. He presented the programs 'Navegador' and 'Mundo Criativo' of Globonews and was a commentator on 'Esquenta' from TV Globo and Radio CBN. He founded and directed Bloco Acadêmicos do Baixo Augusta, Casa do Baixo Augusta, Studio SP, Studio RJ, Rivalzinho and the multicultural website Overmundo, for which he won the Golden Nica International Digital Art Award. He was Youth Coordinator of the São Paulo City Hall between 2001 and 2004 and special adviser to the Minister of Justice from 1999 to 2000. Currently, he is Secretary of Culture of the City of São Paulo. He is the author of the book "Novo Poder - Democracia e Tecnologia" (Grupo Editorial Letramento, 2018).
