Debora Ivanov is a Lawyer, currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Film Agency (Agência Nacional do Cinema - ANCINE). Previously she was a partner at Gullane Entretenimento, where she made more than 50 audiovisual Works, which were awarded more than 200 prizes in Brazil and abroad. She was also Executive Director of the Audiovisual Industry Trade Union of São Paulo (Sindicato da Indústria Audiovisual do Estado de São Paulo - SIAESP). She also founded and directed a civil society organization called Instituto Querô, devoted to enable and empower young people in situation of social vulnerability at the port region of Santos.
