Julian is a procurement and partner sourcing leader with more than two decades of experience driving strategic procurement, supplier partnerships and operational transformation across international organizations. Currently Partner Sourcing Manager for Strategic Initiatives at PlayStation Studios, he focuses on building and growing partnerships with external development studios while also helping shape the frameworks and practices that support long-term title development and strategy. He works closely with studio partnership leaders and global partners to improve development workflows and drive strategic initiatives across the PlayStation ecosystem. He also serves on the Leadership Committee for SIE’s employee network Unidos, which supports and elevates the Latin American community within Sony and across the industry. Previously, he held multiple leadership roles at Ubisoft, where he built and scaled procurement functions, implemented global standards and led large-scale sourcing initiatives across studios globally. Outside of work, Julian is a passionate flight simmer who enjoys spending part of his free time exploring the vastness of the virtual skies.
