Adriana Alvarenga is a communications and public policy expert driving innovation for social impact. She leads the São Paulo Office of UNICEF Brazil, where she also heads the organization’s national innovation strategy. With over 25 years of experience in human rights, childhood, and adolescence, Adriana blends deep field knowledge with a future-oriented approach to systems change. She holds specializations in Neuroscience, Education and Child Development (PUC-RS), Early Childhood Development (Harvard University), and Advocacy and Public Policy (UNB and FGV), as well as a master’s degree in Smart and Sustainable Cities from Uninove.
