Vinicius Bastos

Responsible for the game industry at the Division for Science, Technology and Innovation (DCTEC) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil. Holds a medical degree from the Federal University of Bahia and a master's in Language, Mind, Technology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Contributes to the management of the Innovation Diplomacy Program, which is guided by three institutional missions: (i) promote the image of Brazil as an innovative nation; (ii) foster connections between Brazilian and foreign partners; and (iii) engage agents from Brazilian innovation ecosystems in internationalization processes.
