Kwan Yin Gil Delgado is a Twice-Exceptional (2e) individual, Vice President of AC Jogos RJ — the Association of Game Creators of Rio de Janeiro — where they build national and international partnerships to strengthen the local game development ecosystem. As an artist and process designer, Kwan Yin has created two games and specializes in applied games focused on learning and social transformation.
