Video game producer, developer, and film director with a diverse international background in interactive and audiovisual storytelling. He directed the sci-fi feature film Quito 2023, selected as Ecuador’s official entry to the Cannes Film Market in 2013. He also directed the documentary Un pedaço de terra cercado de histórias and created the award-winning video game Darci e a Ilha do Desterro, both recipients of the Franklin Cascaes Cultural Incentive Award in Florianópolis, Brazil. As part of the Atomic Piñata team in Valencia, he developed the VR game Deadly Burrito, winner of the Audience Favorite Award at the GDWC 2018. He is the founder of Yakuza Pixel, a game development studio currently working on Biodome Mystery, a narrative-driven dark thriller with investigative mechanics. Based in Quito, Ecuador, he is also part of the Gameloft Montreal team.
