Master in Social Communication from the University of Brasília, with a specialization in organizational strategies and community leadership. Volunteer professor at the Faculty of Communication at UnB, founding member and former president of ABRING (Association of Electronic Game Developers of the Federal District), with experience as a consultant and mentor in the Sebrae Games RJ programs in 2022 and 2023, Game Jam Plus Incubator, and as Mentorship Coordinator at the Spcine Games Incubator through the company SaveGame.dev. Dedicated to the development of the Game Ecosystem through the implementation of projects, exhibitions, and professional training in the industry. Also works as a researcher of the Brazilian Digital Games Industry, with academic publications and experience in market research within the sector.
