What defines a successful team? This panel explores team formation science, backed by research from Utrecht University’s Collaborative Technologies Lab. Using data from game jams, labs, and incubators, we identify key success factors: skills balance, motivation, workstyles, shared interests, empathy, and networks. We also address industry challenges in talent coordination, creative management, and evolving team-building philosophies.
