Annette has held various roles over her 14-year career in the games industry at Game Informer, Harmonix and PlayStation prior to joining Microsoft in 2019. Annette is currently part of the ID@Xbox team managing the Developer Acceleration Program, which aims to empower underrepresented game developers with the resources and information needed to bring their innovation and creativity to Xbox.
