Snow is the President and CFO of Hooded Horse. In this role, she leads business, operations, and financial aspects of the company. She helped shape Hooded Horse’s non-traditional approach to indie game publishing, namely, helping every game find its audience, forgoing standard 100% recoup terms, and fostering an environment of mutual cooperation. Snow started her career as a transactional lawyer and joined the video game industry through participating in the founding and growth of Hooded Horse. Outside of games, Snow loves music – from classical to heavy metal – and poetry.
