Startanima is one of the leading and most award-winning animation studios in Brazil. In the advertising market since 1966, Startanima produced more than 2000 commercials for big companies in Brazil and worldwide.

Startanima has some of the most coveted awards in advertising industry as the Lion of Venice, Lion of Cannes, Clio Awards and ACC Awards Japan. In Brazil Startanima won awards as the Trophy Press and Anima Mundi among others.

In 2001, Startanima concluded the animated feature film "The Happy Cricket", considered as an animation reference in Brazilian 2D animation. In 2009, Startanima completed its second animated feature "The Happy Cricket and the Giants Bugs", produced in computer graphics, and distributed by Fox Films.

In 2017, Startanima is realeasing the feature "Lino", distributed by Fox Films for more than 400 theaters in Brazil, and produced in 3D stereoscopic. They are also producing the Tv series "Buzzu in the Intergalactic school", distributed by NBC Universal.
