Space Settlers is a resources manager side scrolling game where the player with the help of his companions needs to build a space settlement and protect it from hostile creatures. The game's goal is to improve the player's capacity in generate results with more efficiency. One of the ways that the game accomplish this purpose is teaching the player to motivate his companions. This mechanic summed up with others aims to turn the player into a decisive person in difficult situations and capable to assemble high performance teams.
