Mortal Kombat 11 marked the consolidation of a long term partnership with NetherRealm. Brought in at pre-production and never left, we owned the full pipeline from look development and style definition through final engine integration, setting the workflow documentation and pipeline standards that guided production from day one.

The numbers tell part of the story: 140+ character costumes, 870+ gear meshes, 1,040+ palette variations, 715+ texture variants, 140+ dismemberment assets, and 50+ hair sets. All built to AAA spec, fully integrated in engine.
