Independant consultant

Jean-François Carrier (Jeff) is a veteran of the game industry and a consultant specializing in external development and art production pipelines. After many years with Ubisoft Montréal, he is now based in Brazil, offering consultancy to independent studios and small service providers. Throughout his career, he has been driven by a simple idea: helping the artistic voice of a game find its place in production. Having worked across both developer and partner studios, he enjoys exchanging with teams about collaboration, opening space for creativity within production realities, and the many ways people bring games, and their ideas to life.
