Here at Afallon we've been eager to experiment with UGC platforms, and considering we also wanted to showcase some of our Unreal Engine environment art chops, we decided that it would be a good idea to explore map creation within UEFN as an internal project. Between client milestones, we built this internal UEFN map from the ground up with modular kits, unique props, lighting, and gameplay scripted in Verse. It was challenging at first understanding the UEFN workflow, but once the pipeline clicked things started moving faster. This piece is a milestone for our team and one we’re proud of.
