Scuola di Cultura, an arts center in Niterói, Brazil, dedicated to the development and promotion of the arts. Specialist in marketing, project management, and cultural incentive laws, he has led several award-winning projects through public funding. In 2025, co-produced the musical *Kafka and the Doll* at Theatro Municipal. In 2024, in partnership with Goiaba Games, launched *SweetSwipe Niterói*, the city's first rhythm game, funded by the Paulo Gustavo Law. Also created *Itapuca, The Musical*, the largest indigenous-themed production ever staged in Niterói, and produced the Solo Festival and two editions of the Musical Theatre Festival. At Scuola, he curated *Lights of Korea* at MAC Niterói, which drew a record-breaking audience. Creator of the Scuola di Teatro Lucia Cerrone project, offering immersive theatre training to public school students. Founder with 20+ years of experience in innovation and large-scale projects
