Killing Time is a premium sci-fi metroidvania focused on time travel mechanics and fast-paced combat. With multiple timelines and unique biomes across different eras, the same environment becomes a variety of distinct experiences. The narrative blends hard sci-fi with deep exploration and non-linear progression.
At POPI, we have a highly qualified multidisciplinary team, solid processes, and results-driven planning. We are currently part of the acceleration programs: JOIN 5 by Xsolla and SEBRAE RS Acceleration Project (Indie Hero + ADJogosRS).
Currently in _pre-production_, the game is being developed using Scrum and a hybrid funding strategy. We’re looking for partners who share our vision: to deliver meaningful experiences for an intelligent audience passionate about science and sci-fi.
Killing Time is the first step in establishing POPI as a reference in the creation of premium games that celebrate science, knowledge, and sci-fi.
