O Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social (BNDES) é um dos maiores bancos de desenvolvimento do mundo e, hoje, o principal instrumento do Governo Federal para o financiamento de longo prazo e investimento em todos os segmentos da economia brasileira.
Iniciou seu apoio às atividades culturais e criativas em 1995.
Atualmente, o Departamento de Economia da Cultura oferece diversas opções de financiamento para que o setor de jogos digitais brasileiro possa investir e crescer.
