Jornada Unimed

Through experience techniques with impact games, we designed the Game Design for what would be one of the most interesting products made in recent years for the company's internal audience: Jornada Unimed. It is a visual novel where the company's communication problems are addressed, where employees interact with virtual characters in a fictional city. Over time, players help everyone exchange information about the company's values, its main practices and visions for the future. The game had a record turnout and was nationally awarded.
