In the post-inversion era, the world was dominated by five megacorporations. High levels of pollution created a dense fog in the skies, forcing capitals to be built above it, dividing society between the wealthy above and the poor below. Air transportation became the norm.

A brave pilot, born below the fog, defied all odds and with her plane managed to surpass it, challenging what everyone deemed impossible. Her heroic journey intrigued the powerful. Eagle Heart, her name, became a symbol of hope for the poor and proposed a talent-hunting event.

From this journey emerged Wedgetail, where teams compete in thrilling aerial battles, showcasing their skills and fearlessness. The event transcends entertainment with its fusion of real-world competition and the game's own competition, creating a unique e-sport where the boldest rise in society, gaining global recognition, and becoming true heroes of the skies.
