This document, commissioned by Sebrae-SP to support the development of the Crie Games program, identified, through a proven methodology, the maturity stage of the digital games cluster in the State of São Paulo and proposed a strategic action plan for its development. This plan gave rise to the Crie Games/Sebrae-SP initiatives starting in 2024.
