At the height of the Cold War, the Russians built the Chernobyl plant, with unknown technology, creating enough energy to defeat the USA, generating several suspicious and dangerous research.
The US, suspicious of these researches, sent an undercover agent to collect this information from the plant to neutralize and destroy any threat from the Russians.
In the meantime, Dr. Wolfkins works normally in his office, when he mysteriously receives all the confidential research carried out by the agent who is on the run.
Conspiracies and strange research surround the information contained in the files.
The choices made by the Doctor can change the history of humanity, helping or hindering this research.
All of his actions will have consequences and put him between life and death.
