The Secretary of Culture of the State of São Paulo is a governmental institution responsible for formulating and implementing public policies related to culture, art, and cultural heritage throughout the state of São Paulo. Its role is to promote the development and appreciation of culture, support artists and creators, preserve historical heritage, and foster cultural diversity. Starting from the year 2023, the Secretary of Culture of the State of São Paulo has incorporated Popular Culture, which includes, among other aspects, games, anime, tokusatsu, series, etc., opening up a universe of opportunities.
