Sardinha Studios, based in Manaus, located in the heart of the Brazilian Amazon, is a dynamic game development studio established in 2020. We have released three commercial games on Steam, including Dungeon of Trials. We made our debut at the BIG Festival in 2022 with two selected projects. We are proud to be among the top 40 studios selected for the Brazil Games Accelerator, a highly competitive and curated program showcasing the most investment-ready studios to the global market.

We are looking for publishing partnerships to enhance our game development processes and market reach (specially consoles). Forest of Trials

Forest of Trials is a first-person exploration RPG in the classic dungeon crawler (DRPG) style, featuring turn-based combat and stunning 2D-HD graphics. You take on the role of the leader of an Adventurers' Guild tasked with exploring a mysterious dungeon that has emerged in a forest. The game mixes RPG elements with city-building mechanics. Gather valuable resources to upgrade your camp and attract new NPCs and heroes who will aid you on your journey. Finalist at GameJam+ 24/25 and winner of Best Game from the Northern Region at the GameJam+ 24/25 semifinals. The project is currently in development and seeking a publisher.

In "Curupira: Guardian of the Forest", you play as the legendary protector of the Amazon in an exciting platformer. Use your agility to run, jump, and climb in true Amazonian parkour style, overcoming challenges to rescue forest animals and face threats endangering the ecosystem.

With vibrant visuals inspired by Amazonian wildlife and nature, an immersive soundtrack, and challenging mechanics, the game offers a unique experience that blends action with Brazilian culture.

Selva dos Espíritos

Spirit Jungle is a game inspired by the arcade classic Altered Beast, blending side-scrolling beat'em up action with elements of Amazonian culture. The game follows the journey of Cauê, a mighty warrior capable of transforming into forest animals to battle the Jungle Guardians, who have been corrupted by a dark curse. Cauê must free the spirits of the Guardians to restore peace and harmony to the jungle.
