Women Game Jam is a game development marathon, focused on the female audience (cis, trans and non-binary). Its main objective is to encourage the growth of women in the gaming industry.

In 2025 we will hold the 9th edition of the event, with online and on-site groups worldwide. We aim to bring greater visibility, incentive and network to participants who work or aspire to work in the games industry. In addition, the space provides a learning environment, portfolio creation and new talents to the game development community.

Technology and / or service companies that believe in the importance of representativeness and who want to encourage the participation of women in areas of traditionally male occupation can support as Partners or Sponsors.

3ª Edição - Relatório 2019

In 2019 the event had 260 participants from six different countries, resulting in the development of 45 games in 48 hours of the event. The teams were formed exclusively by cis, trans and non-binary women. We have people who identify with the female gender, collaborating and creating games together, from the following cities in Latin America: Santiago (CL), Lima (PE), Mexico City (MX), Bogotá (CO), Rosario (AR), Salvador (BR), São Carlos (BR), São Luís (BR), Porto Alegre (BR), Novo Hamburgo (BR), Rio de Janeiro (BR) and São Paulo (BR).
