Abstract started as an interactive software engineering company and is known for working with diverse technologies, but has grown to include original video games development and consulting on funding and company management.

Mix the Forgotten

A game about overcoming loss, set in a dimension of forgotten items that become self aware and/or the strangest building materials to travel and fight. You play as Mix, a lost item that helps others find their way. In this world the main objective is to make friends with everyone you can and make a town grow. For this you'll need to build structures, weapons and tools that let you overcome different obstacles in an interconnected puzzle adventure world map. The player will interact with NPCs, build structures and weapons; and of course fight his way through the Lost Dimension. Weapons and tools are built on grids of different sizes. Battles are designed encounters per enemy in floating platforms that have their own building grids and are based in sports like dodgeball and sumo wrestling, where your goal is throwing down your opponents while avoiding their attacks.

Astral Rot

A Cosmic Horror Game inspired by the original Dead Space and movies like Alien and Interstellar.

Astral Rot is a spiritual successor to Tormented Souls, our previous game, and Dead Space.
We are combining Tormented Souls’ puzzle/narrative engine with a new combat system.
Reusing our previous systems greatly reduces development costs and time.
We are looking to launch on PS5, Xbox and Steam.

Currently in pre production financed by the Ministry of Culture of Chile.

The game represents the Chilean mythology in the universal language of the fear of the unknown and the hope and power that comes from our connection with the spirits.
