Chilean record label Quemasucabeza was born in 1998 as an independent record company created by the musicians of the experimental rock band Congelador to produce their first records. As time went on, the label included emergents Chilean music bands that are seen as the pioneers of the new Chilean music scene that has been succesfully exported (Javiera Mena, Gepe y Pedropiedra). Nowadays Quemasucabeza has incorporated in its catalogue more than twelve artists including young bands as Niños del Cerro and Armisticio, among others. Our label works with them developing their music career, booking and promotion, doing it with together with its sister company Armonica (www.armonica.cl). At the same time we has become the producers of Neutral Festival (www.festivalneutral.com), considered the key annual event In Chile that has given the label a renowned space in the music landscape.
