The Secretariat of Culture of the State of São Paulo is the government office responsible for the state's cultural policy developed for the 645 municipalities in the state of São Paulo. Its mission is to formulate and implement public policies aimed at excellence in the preservation of cultural heritage, in stimulating artistic production and in guaranteeing access to cultural assets for the population of the State of São Paulo in all its diversity.
