Festival Internacional de Circo - Uruguay
Project attributes
The International Circus Festival is the first
festival of its kind in Uruguay. Biennial, it celebrates its
third edition from September 14th to October 2th, 2018,
with companies from Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil, Chile,
France, Belgium and Sweden in its grid.
It is organized by El Picadero, an association of artists,
managers and technicians linked to circus that has been
working since 2005 for development and promotion of
circus arts in Uruguay. It has become a landmark in the
explosive development of circus that has taken place in
the country in the last 13 years.
