Independent producer. For over 10 years, he has been in charge of creating, producing and distributing artistic projects of the scenic arts in different formats, mingling several diverse styles with multidisciplinary teams. Locally, he functions as an advisor for the programming of certain festivals and theatre presentations, as well as keeping agreements with different theatres in order to promote the difussion of foreign spectacles.

At the same time, at an international level, he has taken part in theatrical presentations,market places, festivals and artistic circuits around Argentina, Brasil, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico and Peru

FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE TEATRO DEL LITORAL Y MÁS ALLÁ

Festival organizado por la Compañía Decarton. Para el 2019 organiza la 9a edición del que cuenta con los apoyos de la Dirección de Cultura de la Intendencia de Colonia, el Municipio de Carmelo, la Comisión del Bicentenario y el Instituto Nacional de Artes Escénicas INAE, así como de vecinos, amigos, artistas, comercios y organizaciones que colaboran para hacer posible esta fiesta en clave de encuentro.

El objetivo de los organizadores es sensibilizar al público con espectáculos atractivos y de calidad en formato de teatro.

De esta forma se logra integrar una programación diversa con la conformación de varios grupos de teatros, donde el público puede acceder a presentaciones e historias de variedad significativa, convirtiendo ese hecho en un acontecimiento cultural muy valorable. Son jornadas irrepetibles donde la gente tiene a mano actuaciones y abordajes a temas diversos.

COMPAÑÍA ARTÍSTICA GRANJA DE PIRATAS

Pirate farms is an independent artistic collective formed by a multidisciplinary team that gathers dramatic art, music, plastic arts, narrative and audio visual. It creates integrated projects of potentially multi-platforms and hard artistic work directed at families, especially children.
In 2005 The Magic Treasure of Piu Piu was released and nominated for the Graffitis and Florencio for kids Prizes. Also in 2007, the space conquest ´s CD was edited by Bizarro Records. They have toured all around Uruguay, Argentina and Colombia. In 2017, Aradia (a theatrical show) was released and chosen by the Art Building Fund of the Municipal Government of Montevideo. In 2008, the printed novel “Lost in Furururú” has been selected by the Competitive Fund for the Ministry of Education and Culture to be published.

Showcase oficial de Uruguay para artes escénicas en MICBR. Martes 6 de noviembre, 16 hs, TEATRO DO SESI. Av. Paulista 1313. San Pablo.

Rosario María Álvarez Álvarez, “Manduraco el cabortero”, fue campeón nacional de boxeo peso Welter en 1995, pero poco tiempo después pierde su título y cae en desgracia. Hoy, con 46 años, aspira a fundar la Asociación de Amigos de “Manduraco el cabortero”, con el fin de financiar su gloriosa revancha por el título.
La obra propone anécdotas entre picarescas y bizarras, brindando el retrato de un fracasado típico, de un loser sin el glamour de los “perdedores” hollywoodenses, pero con el mismo potencial de enjuiciar sociedades que miden todo en términos de éxito o fracaso. El espectáculo no saca conclusiones, solo expone la historia de un boxeador veterano anhelando tener la última chance de vivir un momento de gloria.

ANTIDOTO FILMS

Antídoto Films es una productora uruguaya independiente creada por los directores y productores Lucía Fernández Cordano y Rodrigo
Spagnuolo, orientada al desarrollo y producción de películas, series y videoclips. Se fundó en el 2010 con motivo de la producción de La huella de Sepé, serie documental-ficción de 10 capítulos de 25 minutos, primera co-producción de Televisión Nacional de una miniserie con una productora independiente. La serie contó con el apoyo de Dirección Nacional de Cultura M.E.C., I.C.A.U., Centros M.E.C., Extensión Universitaria, Intendencia Municipal de Rivera. Y el auspicio de UNESCO, Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, Intendencia de Tacuarembó, Intendencia de Montevideo.

La Conquista del espacio

The Space Conquest
Capitan Pierre had the idea of building a spacecraft with the wreckage of a boat in order to go out and conquer the space. During the space travel a meteor shower forced them to make a crash landing in a wonderful world. They saw places and met beings that they had never listened to before although they were closer than they could ever imagine.
The Farm redoubles its message and its original rock-style performing format makes it a breath-taking play with exciting songs and incredible pictures.
The play is a reflection about the secrets that Nature reveals to us in a travel from the space to magical places of our world. A family play recommended for children from 4years old.
