A man apparently ordinary, willing to share his story and turn his pain into provocation, is the protagonist of Tom Pain. Its author, Will Eno, is considered the Samuel Beckett of this generation. This man narrates moments of his life that are memories and traumas, these are intertwined and interrupted: bee sting, a boy and his dog and his experience with a woman. He honestly dares to say what others can not, generating self-criticism to each viewer. Humor is part of its history. Rogelio Gracia, who plays this man, won several Florencio Awards. Its Director, Lucio Hernández, integrates the National Comedy. The original version of Thom Pain, was finalist of the Prize Pulitzer in 2005, it was released in the Festival of Edinburgh, obtaining Fringe Prize and Prize Herald Angel. The work has been represented in Uruguay, Theaters: Solis, Circular, El Galpón, Alianza Uruguay / USA. Outside: Bs. As, Spain, Puerto Mont, Bariloche, with excellent reviews.
