There is a legend that a ghost wanders through the rooms of the Blanes Museum in Montevideo. This work, interpreted by Denise Daragnès, is Clara's agony in solitude and deprived of freedom, as she prepares to defend herself in a trial that was a mockery. In the evolution of his memories and states of delirium he tells us his story. In the Uruguay of the 19th century, between political and family wars, lives this woman, who was born in a patrician family, they commit her at age 10 and they marry her at 14, with a man for the single fact of uniting family fortunes. The hypocrisy of the time, the violence suffered both by her parents and her husband, led her to live a life outside the traditional codes. This work shows gender violence, abuse and abuse of power. It premiered in January, at the Circular Theater of Montevideo, obtaining excellent reviews. He participated in the Hispanic Festival of Miami in July. Currently touring Spain.
