Game Work Jam

Game Work Jam is a game and videogame entrepreneurship program created by FundAV and currently organized by different communities throughout Argentina, with the general objective of developing and promoting the industry working collaboratively on genuine projects proposed and devised by developers and enthusiasts They have the needs of grouping, accompaniment, training and mentoring.
All those interested in the different disciplines that make up the games are invited to attend regular meetings and form part of a pre-established closed cycle that encourages good practices of community development.

HUB Videojuegos

A new interactive space for the collective construction of knowledge in video games.

The activity, which begins in the morning, is divided into three major phases: Professional, Experiential and Performatic.

In the Professional phase, activities will be conducted specifically for professionals in the field of education and eSports.

In the Experiential phase the general public and family groups can participate in a series of workshops and activities that include from games with augmented reality for the little ones to a workshop for the responsible use of videogames for parents. In addition to these specific activities, in the central hall of HUB you will be able to enjoy a selection of Argentine video games and several arcades to spend an afternoon pure game.

Lastly and to close the night, the Performatic block offers two shows for all audiences from the hand of the videogame music orchestra COREAR and Blip Blop with an 8-bit music show.

Orquesta Corear

The Corear orchestra was born with the aim of bringing symphonic music closer to society, through the world of video games. It seeks to promote cultural contact with live ensembles and in turn train session musicians to provide recording services for audiovisual media. In this way, achieve a cultural representation of video games in the field of music.

Train Jam

Designing video games on a train. It is ~ 18 hours game jam aboard a long distance train from Buenos Aires to Cordoba.
The idea was born from the community and was sponsored by the Foundation. Two editions have already been held in Argentina, where the demand to participate in the event grew between 35% and 50%.
The editions of the USA and Argentina are mutually recognized.
