A review of the artistic proposal of Carlos Rojas in the horizon of the present century which has cleared for scientific and technological development, shows his groundbreaking comprehension of the sacred from a holistic point of view and attention to the natural orders and behaviors. Rojas’ work, both diverse and coherent, granted importance to the line, which reflected in his pictorial expression, drawing, sculpture, collage, weaving, architecture and design.
Based on this reflections, it is considered important to gather different proposals from artists and designers (Alexandra Agudelo, Mónica De Rhodes, Andrés Ramirez Gaviria, Gabriel Gutiérrez and Mateo López), who working in different mediums and combined with the works of Rojas throughout the exhibition, will reveal the powerful synthesis of the knowledge, explorations and interests that founded Rojas’ artistic project.
