Looking for partners with high-quality content! We are developing a gamified digital learning platform to become the premier service in digital learning, offering a wide variety of high-quality, curated digital learning content and exciting tools for teachers and content creator partners to make new learning activities for kids. ---- Our platform will avoid the boredom that seems to be the norm for most learning environments, sometimes with some help from the hugely popular Angry Birds characters. We will focus on creating something that the kids really want to spend time with. We are in (free) public beta stage during this summer, and subscriptions will be opened during 2H2016. And subscription means revenue – also for you! ---- Fun Academy is a start-up and a spin-off from Rovio, and is proud to also have the University of Helsinki as one of the shareholders. Our first product is Angry Birds Playground, a wonderful program for kindergarten operators around the world.

Angry Birds Playground

Angry Birds Playground is an early childhood learning program based on the Finnish national curriculum for children ages 3 to 6, which is largely based on free play and physical exercise. It builds in more technological tools, a reconfigured learning environment — and some of the popular Angry Birds characters — to maximize learning through engagement. The company also has worked music and games into the program and is partnering with publishers to create activity books and other learning materials.

Angry Birds Space - Solar System

The latest collaboration between Rovio & NASA is a fun learning experience in the form of the Angry Birds Space Solar System game update. With the new episode we learn about the planets in our solar system and follow NASA’s New Horizons mission. Rovio was proud to raise awareness toward the mission through an in-game countdown to the moment of the flyby.
