Community Management With More Than 1 Million LATAM Users
Criabits was responsible for managing the LATAM community on the Jam.gg platform, in addition to representing it in partnerships with creators and strategic partners in this region. We work together in the midst of a rebranding, with our responsibility being the creation and management of social networks, focusing on public engagement and promoting the gaming platform.
We plan and produce the multinational brand's participation in large events such as BGS (Brazil Game Show), managing stands, activations and actions with influencers in the gamer segment.
In addition, we localize and translate promotional materials and platform resources, scout nationally developed games, provide user support and hire and manage long-term partnerships with influencers.
Our solutions brought more than 1 million users from Latin America to the platform, 60% of which were Brazilian users and more than 32 thousand new followers on social networks.
